Shine Epilepsy Peaks Challenge
The main objective of this initiative is to raise general awareness and understanding of epilepsy as well as honor those who suffer from a seizure disorder. Let us dare to imagine a society free of stigma, fear, isolation, discrimination, and seizures; a community that is safe, supportive, and accommodating of those living with epilepsy.
We invite team members and or representatives from the IBE Chapters - Africa, local companies/corporates/NGOs, people affected by epilepsy (carers, families, friends), professionals who may have a significant role in relation to epilepsy, and people not directly affected by epilepsy (friends, community groups and other local organizations) to join us in this years Shine Epilepsy Peaks Challenge and make it our "signature" annual event throughout Africa.
