Through Child Sponsorship, you will be paired with a child in need. When you choose to sponsor a child, you can change the lives of children with epilepsy living in the country’s toughest places.

You will get to know your sponsored child through letters, photos and regular updates. You can watch as you transform the life of a child with epilepsy, bringing medicine and safety to them and their local community. You can watch as they achieve their dreams.

You will get access to an online account where you will find updates, news and videos from your sponsored child and their community. You can build a relationship with your sponsored child, exchange letters, send photos or find out what the weather is like where they live!
Within the first week of signing up, we will email you a video of your sponsored child’s community giving you an insight into their daily life. You will see what life is like for them and their family.
You will receive a welcome pack with more information, a photo of your sponsored child, and a postcard - so you can easily write to them if you want to.
You will have received your very first letter from your sponsored child. If you want to, you can write to them anytime by post or online. We will translate and hand-deliver messages and you will always get a reply.
We will send you a card that you can add a message to for your sponsored child. Don’t be surprised if these arrive a couple of months before the big day - it’s just to make sure they get there in time.
We will send you a progress update including: a new photo so you can see how they have grown, an update on how their life is changing, details on how your monthly donations have been used and a note or drawing from your sponsored child.
